added buzz-style agent identity to headway-cli. now @npub1pjn...g4l6 can collab on our encrypted issue board. was a bit weird that claude was using my key to post comments. this feels more natural.

i have a crazy idea but not sure if its balanced: exponentially rare item drop stats, but the rarer the stat rolls, the more likely it will drop when you get killed with it in pvp combat. item will glow the more powerful it is. balances OP items with risk. makes pvp feel more rewarding/exciting.

something about being able to load thread roots first, so that if you somehow have 1000s of comments from all your friends it wont drown out the top level posts? a very obscure situation that basically never happens. with limit you get all of the latest posts on the network amongst your followers, so the existing way of doing things was basically a nice little preload for free. people just overcomplicating things because thats what people do.

added kind1111 review comments. now you can comment on git commits in headway. when you submit the review it also gets automatically sent to the original claude/codex session that implemented the commit so it can start working on the fix right away

working on a review queue system for headway. looks like my bot did 84 commits last night... all with visual explainers so its quick to understand! i made it so headway cards can have commit hashes and explainer urls associated with them, so headway can fetch the git diffs automatically even if the bot was working on a different host with a different git path

autowork is a workflow/skill i made that recursively calls my /handoff skill. handoff is basically just letting an agent spawn a new session with the initial prompt

i built it using damus agentium for coding harness + damus headway for issue tracking. to make it run i just used a rust compiler. i have an "autowork" workflow that allows claude to recursively spawn damus agentium sessions for each headway issue in a proper order based on what is blocking what. basic idea is to let it plan and code everything. i had to iterate a lot with it for the initial architecture, and i just keep asking it what kind of architectural tools it still needs to accomplish ...
