can we update github.com/nostr-protocol/nostr to say something other than
"The simplest open protocol that is able to create a censorship-resistant global "social" network once and for all."
i think we've moved beyond social? it seems arbitrarily restrictive and confusing when introducing it to dev people @npub180c...h6w6

tool available here! github.com/jb55/hookstr used this because a service kept disabling my dev ngrok webhook endpoint. now i can have an active webhook endpoint and replay hooks over nostr via negentropy.
